Overview Feeder belts

This endless two-layer belt convinces due to the excellent friction coefficient, the abrasion resistant surface (NR) and the antistatic running side at low shaft load.

The CR/EC red or white, 40 shA are recommended for highest friction. And the CR/EC maroon, 50 shA have higher running time and are used for hard and coarse cardboards.

The coating in NR white is FDA-conform.

Our natural rubber quality (NR) is similar to LINATEX.

Examples of applications

The feeder belts, covered with high-quality, abrasion-resistant natural rubber, guarantee constant entrainment thanks to seamless, non-stick endless production. The feeder belts are available as elastic, semi-elastic as well as semi-stable with and without desired profile. High-performance, they are used in feeders and high-performance feeders (paper, cardboard, plastics). On request, the endless vulcanized feed belts can be structured. Made of polyester fabric with a stable length, a temperature resistance of 60 °C is guaranteed. FDA conformity, labeling and custom-made products are possible.
