Initial situation

The factory for cardboard boxes has for longer time problems with their supplier for the feeder belts. When the cartons are pulled in, the built-in draw-in belt rubs off too much, leaving behind red welts and thus causing costly quality complaints. Task

Firstly, a feeder belt is to be manufactured, which prevents the markings and thus the resulting complaints. It is also desirable to minimize material abrasion and thus increase belt life.

We have developed our high-quality natural rubber over decades with our proprietary recipe and have learned to optimally vulcanize the consistently fresh rubber quality. In order to avoid traces of abrasion we recommend our approved Hevaloid ECG 06 natural rubber white.
