Manufacture of fabric
From endlessly woven fibres, traction layers that are stable lengthways are manufactured to a precise length.
Gumming of fabric
The calibrated fabrics are covered and coated with raw rubber compounds.
Vulcanisation and belt coating
Each flat, timing and Poly-V belt is endlessly coated with high-quality rubbers and plastics.
Quality control/ Dispatch
Customer- and application-specific checks are carefully carried out. In some cases with certification. Prompt dispatch takes place subsequently.
Cutting/ Finishing
Under the defined tension force, the individual belts are cut, perforated, milled or even marked.
Grinding/ Milling
The belts and tapes are ground to a precise thickness across their full width.
